Service Description

The best way to explain this class is children's yoga. We begin with music and motor development, wind on in for a grounding practice or meditation, a few different breathwork practices, move into imaginative work and sharing, energy work, storytime yoga, a playful game, and wind it back down for a creative element and/or shavasana. Within this class, we share our tools to live our best life. We facilitate expansion of confidence and multisensory gifts. We facilitate learning about all aspects of wellness, self regulation, allowing emotions to flow, allowing our soul to express. We find a balance between yin and yang, individual expression and group mind, on the mat and off the mat, creativity and structure. Our goal is a 50/50 balance.
