Service Description

This class is 30 minutes long, and meets as many aspects of the yoga tree as possible within this short time. Before class begins, musical instruments are out to play and settle in. Music is also playing for dancing. We begin with sun salutations, then move into storytime yoga, music and movement, breathwork, motor development and postures, imagination play, and more. I will continue walking the class through the exercises no matter what, and it is okay if your child begins to explore! You get to do the gut check, to discover if it is best to allow them to explore in this moment or if it is time to bring them back in. I trust you and I can help when asked. Investment is $10 per class or $30 per month (first child) with a 25% discount for every other sibling. Location is Zen Riot Yoga & Wellness Studio, 5333 Franklin Rd, Boise, ID 83705.
