Spring Break Camp @ Yoga Tree

Service Description

Purple Dragon Children's Collective and The Yoga Tree of Boise invite your children, ages 8 - 12, to play with us this Spring Break. We begin indoors with yoga and movement and laughter and creativity, and we end outdoors with exploration and curiosity and sensory stations along the outdoor foothills extension. Price is $60 for one day, $110 for two days, or $160 for three days. Our itinerary looks like this! *1:45 meet at The Yoga Tree, Open Art + Yoga Stations *2:00 Ice Breaker and Group Game *2:15 - Yoga and Dance: Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana, Dharana *3:00 Yoga Stations and a Creative Element *3:30 Shavasana and Energywork *3:45 Snack *4:00 Hike, Sensory Adventure, Outdoor Education *5:00 Circle back up at Yoga Tree *5:15 Farewell Friends! Chances are, the kids will be interested in extending the outdoor education time, so we will be flexible! We will stop throughout each day for discussion of personal experience and emotional support as it comes up. We will also stop for time to dive into svadhyaya, self study, as it arrives. Ashaya is a well seasoned facilitator (teacher for 24 years, children's yoga teacher for ten years) and knows how to get in all the good stuff.
