Meet our Guides
Ashaya Charlotte Marie Dietz
Ashaya Charlotte lives by her imagination and heart. She loves encouraging and sparking magic in others, reminding them that they are perfect and they are love. Her favorite places are found in nature, where she feels most at home. She feels more comfortable and more filled with joy on each visit, practicing growth in mindfulness and expanded awareness. Above all, Ashaya Charlotte is a lover of this journey we call life.
You can join her Monday mornings at our school, from 9-12:30, beginning March 12th! Ashaya offers traveling children's yoga classes and workshops, support to parents and educators, swimming and mermaiding classses, is the author of "Exposing the Elephants" for children experiencing tumultuous change or trauma sensitivity, little artist play dates, and energywork for children. Alaryce Patterson
Alaryce Patterson is a nurturing flower child at heart. She finds her joy in nature such as being among plants, the outdoors and animals. A loving, playful healer with an innate ability to make others smile, laugh and feel loved. She intuitively wants to help any being who may be seeking healing, transcendence or to simply maintain peace within. She builds this desire into customized programs fitted uniquely to each child (or adult) that she is working with. She believes everyone is capable of love, happiness and success.
She has a calling to help others heal, through movement, meditation, breath work, and sound healing. When guiding children, her goal is to create a little extra laughter, joy, confidence and self love into each child’s life. This is attained through practices such as yoga, breathing, games, songs, dancing, art, simple affirmations and creative outlets.

Rosanna Mendoza
I am a creative person and a nature lover. I have worked in daycare, preschool, and forest school as an assistant teacher, lead teacher, and co-creators. I’m originally from California, and moved to McCall, Idaho in 2004. I currently live with my family in Emmett, Idaho, and I currently homeschool my 11-year-old son, Aiden.
My son and I enjoy going on walks, riding bikes, swimming, and hiking. We camp often and enjoy foraging and mushroom hunting. We both love
nature. As a nature lover, I know through experience that it has a positive effect on children and adults. I feel that spending time in nature throughout the year is very good for mental health.
I am interested in aspects of Waldorf philosophy as well as Charlotte Mason and Montessori. I feel that spending time in nature and being creative are nourishing to the body, mind, and spirit. I am patient, kind, and caring. I have worked with children of all ages and children with learning disabilities. I appreciate each child and see their unique skills and talents and am happy to see them learn new things.
I enjoy being creative, using imagination, and coming up with new ways to do things. Some activities I enjoy are drawing, painting, writing,
playing music, knitting, weaving…the list goes on. I love any creative activity, and I can play any instrument. Lately I’ve been recording my original songs. I sell handmade items online and my shop is called butterflyrose3333. It focuses on items for the home, clothing accessories, and spiritual items.
In junior college, I was an editor and contributor to the literary magazine, The Quercus Review. I earned an A.A. in Behavioral and Social Sciences in 2003. I earned a bachelor’s degree in English, with
a writing emphasis at Boise State University in 2014.
