About the event
Bring your kiddos over to combine sensory play and children's yoga for the children full of awe and wonder, curiosity and delight. We will get our hands dirty, play with our imaginations, and grow our motor development skills. Yoga postures, breathwrok, mindfulness, meditation, loving awareness, self resiliency, and more will be explored as we lead our class to play both inside and out.
This class repeats weekly through the summer.
The investment is $15 for the first child and $5 for each subsequent child
